Chicago real estate brokerage Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago is pleased to announce that three brokers recently participated in record sale transactions. Ava Gizzo, of the Pattie Murray Team in the firm’s Glen Ellyn office, brought the buyer to Wiesbrook Road in South Wheaton for the highest closed residential re-sale on record for the city of Wheaton, Illinois on August 13th at $2.89 million.* Clients of Susan O’Connor Davis, of the firm’s Michigan Avenue office, bought the home that was built for William Owen Goodman who helped found the Goodman Theatre. The sale closed on August 16th and, at $3.96 million, was the highest priced closed single family detached residential property sale on record for the south side of Chicago.** Juliet Mills of The Mills Group in the Elmhurst office, participated in the sale of the residence at 207 E. South Street in Elmhurst, Illinois. Closing on September 17th for $3.3 million, it was the highest closed residential sale on record for the city of Elmhurst.*** Juliet’s clients were the buyers.

Diane Glass, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, said, “It’s really an honor to congratulate Ava, Susan and Juliet on a job well-done. Knowing these agents, though, it’s really no surprise. They are amazing professionals who work tirelessly on behalf of their clients to achieve their goals. I wish them continued success.”
